We make sure security systems are set and windows and doors are locked. We rotate lights and adjust window treatments to give your house a lived-in look.
If you are gone for a long period of time, we provide special services to prepare your home for your extended stay and take special steps to make sure everything in your home is kept in good condition
We offer honest, reliable, trustworthy individuals who have been screened and are noted professionals on island.
Rates - Check In
Day $40.00 / Week $250.00 / Month $650.00
Includes:
- Periodic checks to ensure home security.
- Tend to any indoor plants.
- Receive and secure any courier packages & mail.
- Ensure Landscaping in maintained.
- Oversee maintenance work. (Additional Fee).
